How do I care for my strap?
Make sure that you remove the strap from your wrist when you shower or swim. Leather is a porous material and not waterproof. Excess water will cause irreparable damage.
Try not to wear the strap too tight as this will cause the area where the strap meets the buckle to wear out quickly.
As with good shoes. Try and rotate your straps on a regular basis.
Our straps will evolve over time. Some light coloured vegetable tan straps will absorb moisture and sweat from your skin and darken over time. This is a natural and very individual process that adds to the beauty of your strap. However, avoid excessive exposure to sweat and dirt. We cannot be held responsible to damage caused by improper use.
Suede straps can be lightly brushed with a soft brush to remove dirt. We would also recommend the use of a suede protector spray to protect further.
What sort of shipping costs can you expect from us?
There is nothing more frustrating than shipping costs that make up a huge chunk of the overall cost of a product, or a strap "lost in transit", or one that takes weeks and weeks to arrive.
We work very hard to produce the best experience we can for all of our customers and this includes the time in transit to the moment that the strap is attached to your watch and put on your wrist.
We use UPS for all our shipments around the world and so far we haven't lost one package. We've shipped to international customers throughout the US, Australia and Indonesia and shipped to most countries within the EU. We understand that high shipping costs can be off putting therefore we've made the decision to absorb a large chunk of the shipping costs and even more so if you order multiple straps.
By way of example (to the same address), we've shipped two straps to the US for 10 Euros with UPS Express Saver. We've shipped 3 straps to Singapore for free. We've shipped single straps locally for 12 euros, and two for free. The best way to find out how much it will cost you is to proceed to checkout on our site and let the system work it out for you - you'll be pleasantly surprised :-)
