How do I cancel or change my order?
We always aim to process orders as fast as possible, however if you need to amend/change/cancel your order, then get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as you can and we’ll try and make those changes before your order leaves.
Why was my order cancelled?
There are a number of reasons that this could happen and it is usually because the item purchased is out of stock and our stock management system didn’t update in time.
We do also sometimes have no choice but to cancel an order when our carrier UPS determines your location as too remote to deliver to. This is rare but it does happen.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online payment portal. You can also option Paypal at checkout. If you’re based in the Benelux we can also accept bank transfers and you can also pay with iDEAL.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Returns are refunded within 20 business days of receiving your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Shipping costs are not refunded for returned orders.
How Do I Make a Return?
– Package your return in a shipping box to keep it safe during transit
– Include your packing slip, or a copy of your order confirmation, in the box
– Keep a copy of the tracking number for your records
(If you are returning an item from outside the EU, then please make sure you have completed all documentation correctly so that your return clears Belgian customs. Any charges or duties levied by customs will be deducted from your refund and this can be a substantial amount if commercial invoices are not competed correctly. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your records).
Returns are processed within 20 working days once received at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is completed and the refund issued to the original payment method.
We can also provide a return shipping label by email. This is a service that we charge €25 for and you will need all your original inner and outer packaging so that we can use those measurements to generate a label. We will deduct this cost from your refund.

Need to exchange for a new size or colour? Simply return your original purchase and place a new order. Non-returnable items cannot be returned for a refund. Non-returnable items include custom straps, cases and sale items.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and the same condition that you received it. If a strap is fitted to a watch and then worn, even a few minutes, this is considered worn and will crease the strap making it unsaleable and unreturnable.
Several products are exempt from being returned. Made to Order (MTO) products cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/sample items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are not responsible for any duties levied by the Belgian authorities and this will be deducted from any refund made.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance or we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Spring bar guide
We now offer a very useful service for our customers which is the supply and fit of Quick Release Spring bars (QRSB) to all of our straps. If you’re not used to fitting straps to your watches on a regular basis then this will make the process much easier.
You won’t need a tool to fit or remove a strap. If you are fitting one of our straps to a modern piece it’s unlikely that the watch will have drilled lug holes, so you will need a specific tool and even with a tool it’s quite difficult to do and easy to damage the strap and more importantly the watch case.
The strap can be removed by sliding the nub to the left with your fingernail and the reverse for fitting the strap to your watch. We can offer this for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22mm straps.
You can select the option at checkout and we’ll make sure that your strap is supplied and fitted with Quick Release Spring Bars before it’s shipped.
It may seem that a buckle is simply a way of fastening a strap to your wrist and you wouldn’t be wrong. However, the time, money and man hours spent on buckle design and development can prove to be worth all the effort. For a buckle can completely change how a strap and watch feels on your wrist.
The Premium Buckle
It’s a precision buckle, machined from 316L surgical grade stainless steel. While not considered a precious metal, it is much more durable than silver or platinum. This durability is due to a chromium coating that is chemically bonded to the steel. The invisible coating protects the steel underneath from oxidation (tarnishing and rusting). It also protects against scratching by taking the inital impact of a scratch and then resealing itself. This process, called passivation, is the spontaneous formation of a hard non-reactive surface film that prohibits further corrosion. The quality and finishing of the buckle is breathtaking and compliments our range of straps perfectly.
The Polished and Brushed Gold Buckle
Our standard buckle in stainless steel has been a part of our offering for nearly four years. We offer it as standard with all of our straps. We’re now delighted to offer this fabulous buckle in both Polished and Brushed Gold (plating).
Over the years we’ve been asked by more and more of our clients for gold buckles to compliment gold watch cases. So this was a long time coming, but the final result is a beautiful piece of hardware.

Shipping & returns
We ship all our products with our logistics partner UPS. Shipping is FREE, no catch, completely FREE worldwide*.
All orders received by 1500 (CET – Paris) Monday to Friday, will be picked, packed and shipped on the same day. Once we’ve completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been shipped, with full tracking information. All shipments are sent tracked door to door.
Delivery within the Benelux, Germany and France will be within 1-2 working days. The rest of Europe may take one extra day.
All shipments outside of Europe are shipped by UPS Express and take no more than 2-4 working days. We ship globally, from Hong Kong to Jakarta to New York to Lebanon and for FREE..
After you received your order you will have 14 days to return it if you’re not satisfied for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure to send the product back in as new original condition and with its original packaging. Trying on a strap for even just a few seconds will create creasing that will invalidate any return.
